While watching the Academy Awards last night I was struck by how many awards were given for categories that are not well known.
We are very familiar with the major ones of leading actor/actress, supporting actor/actress, director and best picture.
However, the script, music, editing, makeup and costumes all create the finished product. These combined talents make magic and are critical to a movie’s success.
Although we usually recognize the people out front, the team behind the scenes is as important.
Think about your role and the end result you produce.

- What are the categories that you need to create results?
- How do you recognize the people behind the scenes?
