As I watched TV this week, every other commercial focused on weight loss, the #1 New Year’s resolution.
Losing pounds and working out presumably will make us feel good. Letting go of other aspects of our lives benefits us as well. What else might you lose that does not require a change in diet or trip to the gym?
What else do you want to lose that is weighing you down? It could be a habit, behavior, attitude or certain client.
By eliminating clutter, we simplify our environment, think more clearly and feel better.
By losing perfectionist tendencies, we are able to act and gain freedom.
By letting go of grudges, anger and resentment, we create peace. It is a gift to ourselves.
Weight is not the only loss from which you can benefit. Less is more!
