LeadershipTip-Plant-10-07-2013

As fall arrives it is time to take my household plants inside. Although they are indoor plants, they have thrived being outside all summer absorbing the fresh air and sunshine.

At the beginning of the season I changed their environment because they had a disease that was killing the leaves and roots. The gardener at the nursery recommended spraying them to kill the toxin, feeding them regularly to fertilize and moving them outside to get natural sunlight.

As a result, they are thriving and growing.

As humans, our needs at times, are similar to plants. How we take care of ourselves impacts our ability to thrive, not just survive.

Consider these:

  1. Whaat do you need to grow?
  2. How is your environment supporting you?
  3. What nutrients and fertilizer do you apply regularly?
  4. If you exist with toxic people or situations, how are you cleaning them up?

Remember, your roots will affect your fruits.
